I am shocked by this judgement of the nursery. My son David Bruce has been attending since January and both he and myself love this nursery.
The improvements he has made since attending have been amazing and he has always had a key worker. Also during the period my son has been attending the nursery he was diagnosed with epilepsy and all of your staff members were amazing in supporting me and implementing procedures to deal with this, making me feel both comfortable and reassured. I really am upset for you guys about this but would just like you to know and I’m sure most of the parents would agree its a fantastic nursery and in my opinion the staff are fabulous, well trained and knowledgeable.
