Bitter Sweet Christmas at Bessels Green and Chevening

We had one of the best Christmas celebrations at our Bessels Green nursery. It was lovely to see so many of you to come and share our festive celebrations. It was, however, sad that we had to say good bye to our Mrs Brown who is now getting ready for her well deserved retirement and a magnificent trip to Thailand! Mrs Sarah Jones, Welcome to our Chevening nursery!

Some Christmas BiscuitsMost of the children came and it was lovely to see them all perform and have fun. The first part of our celebration were songs that formed a lovely Christmas concert. I was well impressed with all the singing and dancing, especially dancing of Mrs Glenister plumb who was dressed like a rain deer. We only had one little boy who feltoverwhelmedby the prospect of singing in front of all those strange “big” people. The rest of them thought it was great fun indeed!

Mrs Wells was dressed like a snowman inblizzard and had a red nose. Parents and grandparents could not stop laughing and grinning looking at all of us. After the concert, children enjoyed some great party food prepared by parents and members of staff. So thank you for bringing all those cup cakes and cakes and sandwiches, we enjoyed them all.

Term ends this week on Friday and we are back on the 7th of January. We all hope you will have a wonderful Christmas.
