AT the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Grosvenor Rd. You’ll pass another roundabout, and there, take the third exit onto Bailey Rd. Just drive straight along Bailey Rd and turn right onto Campus Way. And then, you’re there!

About Darland, Medway, Kent
Darland is one of Darland’s beautiful Kent villages. Darland is a small village in the Tonbridge and Malling District of Kent, England, with 354 as of 2011. Darland is located near the town of West Malling, which provides Darland’s residents with a significant number of amenities, including supermarkets, fish and chip shops, cafes, pubs and takeaways. Darland also has a beautiful village pub called The Darland Arms, which provides Darland’s residents with great local Kent brewed ales, ciders and locally caught fish.
The Darland Arms – Darland’s resident’s favourite pub in the area, serving traditional ales and delicious food all year round. The Darland Arms is located right in Darland’s centre, just off Darlands High Street.
Darland, Medway is a small town in the northeastern part of Connecticut. It was initially settled as an agricultural community and now has many manufacturing companies such as The Darco Corporation, which manufactures knives and other metal cutting tools.
The town also has two grocery stores: Hillside Farm Market and Towne Centre Supermarket. Six churches are located throughout the city: Baptist Church, Christian Science Society, First Congregational Church, United Methodist Church, St John’s Episcopal Church, and Trinity Lutheran Church. The only school in Darland is Darland elementary school which educates students from kindergarten to fourth grade. They offer both Montessori & traditional programs for this age group of children. Lastly, three charitable organizations call this place home: The Darland Volunteer Fire Department, the American Cancer Society, and the Salvation Army.
Darland is located in a valley with Millington to the north and East Hampton to the south. Lake Pocotopaug borders it on its eastern side, which is part of the Connecticut River. The town has more than 1,000 acres of forest reserves, and at any given time, you can find hunters roaming the area in search of white-tailed deer.
Larry Fine developed the southern part of town, founded The Darco Corporation, better known as “the knife people.” It is also home to many working farms (apple, dairy, & cattle).
Darland is also home to many celebrities with an estate on Lake Pocotopaug. Tom Clancy, the novelist, best known for his military science fiction novels about Jack Ryan, is one of these people. His house has a lakefront view that most would envy, plus it was built in 1877! That means he gets to see the beautiful sunsets over Lake Pocotopaug every night.
The Darland Fire Department is an all-volunteer fire department that offers non-life-saving EMS services to the Greater Manchester area. It was founded in 1911 and started with just six volunteers, and now it has 25 active members who respond to approximately 300 calls per year. The station is located on Maple Avenue and was built with the help of the members, local businesses, and community.
The town has its website, and they are very active on Facebook. The volunteer fire department posts weekly updates to let people know what is going on in Darland. You can find photos of fires they have responded to, fundraisers, pictures from selected calls, and more! It is an excellent resource for people in Darland and the surrounding community.
