UPDATE: 21/1/2013 – ALL OUR NURSERIES ARE OPEN TOMORROW AS NORMAL. THANK YOU TO ALL HAPPY BUNNIES STAFF FOR MAKING THE EFFORT TO GO IN DESPITE THE WEATHER!
UPDATE – 21/1/2013 for Monday 21/1/2013 Gillingham nursery is open as usual. Shipbourne Nursery – Closed for the day Bessels Green and Chevening – Our teachers are on their way. Please be very careful on the Chevening Road as it is seldom cleared of snow. Our Bessels Green Nursery should not have a problem as it is on the main road. Thank you. UPDATE – 18/1/2013: All our nurseries are open as normal. However, we are expecting lots of snow at around lunch time. Please make sure that you come and collect your children as soon as possible as the business park in Gillingham can get very busy. (last time it snowed, it took 3 hours to get out of the business park). If you work in London, or outside business park, please don’t worry, we will be here for as long it takes. However, please give yourself extra time to travel as it might take you much longer to travel, and we would like to get all our employees home safely too. Thank you. Magdalena Snow is coming and while children are happy and are looking forward to the play in the snow, parents worry about roads and schools being open. What ever you do, please be safe… Gillingham Nursery has very dedicated members of staff that can get to the nursery on foot. Therefore our Gillingham nursery will be opened – what ever the weather. Parents, please note that we spread salt all over our car park, however, you still need to be careful when getting in and out of your cars. Chevening Nursery – We will do all we can to open the nursery, however, the Chevening road rarely gets cleared and therefore it is very dangerous to drive on this road. Bessels Green – Luckily, our BG nursery is not far from a main road and since Mrs Glenister Plumb is very brave, we should be able to open the nursery if it snows or not. Shipbourne – The Upper Green Road can be traitorous so please watch the space and we will let you know if Mrs I and Mrs Hakki managed to get in. If, any of our nurseries are closed due to bad weather conditions, we will do all that we can to replace your lost sessions. Please call Magdalena to discuss your individual case. Please note that we can either schedule your child’s session within our normal week, or we canorganise an extra session outside school term time. We will be informing you of the arrangements on individual basis. Please keep an eye on our website, we will be posting frequent updates in order to keep you informed.
